About us
Rüpü began long before it had a name. It began with a friendship, with questions that opened conversations and with a shared sense that there was another way to do things.
Fede and Licha met while working at a data consultancy. Clara and Fede were already friends. Through conversations about technology, organizations, and people, the three of us discovered that we shared the same drive: to build solutions that are technically robust, but also useful, human, and designed to last.
Rüpü means “path” in Mapuzungun. We chose the name because it speaks to how we see our work: not arriving with ready-made answers, but understanding the starting point, making the journey visible and building each step together with our clients.
Because we believe the quality of a solution depends not only on technology, but also on the questions that drive it, the people who take part and the relationships built along the way.
